The WORKSHOP WATER, HERITAGE AND TECHNOLOGY: SCENARIOS FOR RESILIENT LANDSCAPES as part of the Biennale Sessions programme of the 19th International Architecture Exhibition – La Biennale di Venezia.

It's curated by Giulia Bergamo with in the framework of the AGREE project, coordinated by Mesut Dinler, principal investigator of the project, explores the role of water as a cultural and technological infrastructure shaping resilient landscapes.

From historic cities to industrial territories, water systems reveal stories of power, adaptation and collective knowledge.
Through collective mapping, visualisation and discussion, the worksh open courages a multidisciplinary approach combining architectural history, environmental technology and climate justice.
Water becomes a prism through which to read the challenges of urban transformation and to imagine new forms of governance, representation and care for the built and natural environment.
