CULTURAL HERITAGE AND CLIMATE JUSTICE
Seminar of the book launch presents The Routledge Handbook on Cultural Heritage and Climate Justice, edited by Mesut Dinler and William Megarry.
It's an interdisciplinary reference volume that critically examines the role of cultural heritage within contemporary debates on climate justice, adaptation, and environmental transformation.
Through a conversation with editors, chapter authors, and invited discussants, the event will explore key themes emerging from the volume, including loss and damage, intergenerational justice, decolonial perspectives, and community-centred approaches to climate action across different geographical contexts.
The seminar is conceived as an occasion for interdisciplinary exchange among scholars, contributors, students, and practitioners interested in the role of heritage within emerging climate justice agendas.
