The Territorial Dimension of EU Cohesion Policy: PhD Module at Politecnico di Torino
From 12 to 15 October, Politecnico di Torino will host the PhD module “The Territorial Dimension of EU Cohesion Policy: Place-based Policies and Tools”, organised within the Insegnamento su Invito initiative. The module will take place at Sala dello Zodiaco, Castello del Valentino, Turin.
Delivered by Marcin Dąbrowski, Associate Professor at Delft University of Technology, and Erblin Berisha, Assistant Professor at Politecnico di Torino.
The course will explore EU Cohesion Policy, multi-level governance and place-based development, with a focus on ITI, CLLD and Territorial Just Transition Plans.
The programme will also include a Policy Lab on translating research evidence into policy recommendations and an open discussion on the Future of Cohesion Policy, followed by students’ presentations.
The module is open to PhD candidates enrolled in the Urban and Regional Development doctoral programme.
