Vetro di Murano: Storie di mestieri e di fornaci
The book Vetro di Murano: Storie di mestieri e di fornaci aims to put the stories of trades and furnaces at the centre, inverting the traditional role between collection and restitution of data that usually characterises academic publications.
Speaker:
Luca Zan is active in the field of management/accounting history, with several international publications on the history of managing practice in protoindustrial settings, and management and accounting in historical perspectives. He is also extensively involved in field research on the management of arts/heritage organizations, within an international comparative research. He is involved in international teaching in Arts management. Till 2020 he was Director of GIOCA (Graduate degree in Innovation an Organization of Culture and the Arts) at the University of ologna – where he has taught "Ethnography of arts administration", and "Heritage, history and the issue of organizing" – and Adjunct faculty at the Master in Arts Management, CMU (Carnegie Mellon University), Pittsburgh; Adjunct faculty at CAFA (China Academy of Fine Arts), Beijing.
